At Franklin International College, we strive to provide comprehensive support to our prospective students throughout the enrolment process. Our dedicated staff and representatives engage with each student in various ways, ensuring their individual needs are understood and met to maximize their success in their chosen training program.
Here’s how we engage with our students:
Enrolment Application Form
Our enrolment application form includes specific inquiries regarding the student’s cultural and educational background, proficiency in spoken English, literacy and numeracy skills, and any personal requirements that may impact their full participation in the training program.
Enrolment Interview
We conduct personalized interviews to discuss individual needs, language proficiency, literacy and numeracy skills (LLN), rights and responsibilities, and recognition of opportunities.
Orientation Program
All new students joining Franklin International College participate in our comprehensive orientation program. This program provides a briefing on Australian culture, an overview of the course structure, and essential information about student visa conditions, accommodation options, overseas student health cover, and the use of our on-campus information technology facilities. Additionally, students are given a guided tour of the campus and introduced to our academic and administrative staff.
Individualized Support
We understand that each student may have unique needs, and we address them on a case-by-case basis through consultations with the Principal/Chief Executive Officer. This ensures that appropriate support services, whether internal or external, are allocated and arranged to cater to individual requirements.
